This is a large drawing showing the Automata movements of a project I designed but never made as part of the Automata film series. The piece is about how technology and capitalism ideals consume the arts. These take on the forms of large heads that eat performers on stage talking about the love and suffering in the world. The drawing is an exploration of using abstraction, stages of mechanical movement and intuitive word listing to see how when placed together they create a contemplative space of meaning making.
