The work I create is focused on answering the question of how the Artist’s gesture can live in art made from technology. Technology is a tool to use as a material to transform my drawing practice into a new space to provide a unique engagement with the work where the drawings can feel alive or a person can feel a deep immersion with drawing materials.

When I present my work, the goal of my exhibitions is to challenge the way people see and to offer new ways of seeing the world. My projects are often a lens that challenges people to ask questions about things they take for granted or to pay attention to a way of seeing that is new to them. I am interested in how going to the gallery challenges the way I see the world, offers me insight into new perspectives and changes my perceptions to see the world in different ways. This is why I go to art galleries for the profound experiences they have to offer and so it is my desired contribution to the art gallery to make work that aspires to offer people this experience in return.
