Like a Robot, 2009

This video is a representation of what it is like to see like an Anthropod. The intention of the video is to break the fantasy we have on how we imagine robots working like ourselves, but really they are less functional than an insect, yet we fantasize about their greatness and still manage to see insects as inferior beings, even though their abilities are far more wondrous than a programmed robot that use primitive behaviour algorithms like our loved roomba vacuum. This video is about capturing that truth that robots are not how we imagine them to be.
